Twenty-five hundred years at least,
And geometers still believe
The cosmos we’ve experienced
Is a jewel-box built of keys.
The keys appear complicated
But, if properly restated,
Reduce to simplifications
Geometers’ proofs created,
So geometers work to define
Abstractions they can purify
To unlock the wonder inside,
But nothing has nothing to hide.
