Or a mad scientist,
Or a team of any
Above, combined, who could
Pronounce the final truth,
The complete description,
The authoritative
Revelation from God
Or the equivalent,
One last word, there would be
Nothing to explicate.
The proliferation
Of exegetical
Commentaries, meantime,
Is all the evidence
We need that their subjects
Told nothing like whole truth.
