Eternity, which proves more
Short than waste or ruining,
When most impeached stands
Least in your control,
I want to be gone.
I don’t want to die.
I want to have died,
To have never existed.
The old man seemed proud
Of mangling Shakespeare.
Shakespeare makes everyone proud.
I was more impressed
The man was still alive, than
That he misquoted the Bard.
