Don’t Live to Tell the Tale

At the beginning of this story,
The clouds are to one side of the lake.
By the end of this story, the clouds

Have reached the other side of the lake.
Similar clouds have taken their place,
Over the former side of the lake.

This is not a very good story,
It’s true, but it knows excellent clouds
Make a beautiful day at the lake.
