Common days resemble cozies,
In that things kick off with a corpse
In some less-than-terrible spot,
And then the mystery proceeds
Until it’s wrapped up cleverly
In some stuffy situation--
Too many people in one room--
With a surprise accusation
And arrest. Then it starts again,
Another day, another corpse,
The next entry in the series,
With the same central character,
Brought in to crack another case.
